When I bought my pair in April, I paid around $385, but their regular price is around $514.

How is the fit?
I’d say they fit true to size, based on my pair.
They haven’t stretched at all, so if you’re in the middle, I’d go up a size
Is the comfort worth it?
They felt good almost immediately. I recommend wearing no-shows, especially since my feet get sweaty. High-end Italian leather construction, so it’s much more comfortable than breaking in synthetic materials. Plus, they’re already broken-in so your feet just slide in.
How do they perform over time?
Since they come pre-distressed, I didn’t worry about getting them dirty. I’ve worn them all over the city, and I’m impressed with the durability. The laces are intact, and the shape stayed solid. Because they already look worn, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
Do they feel better than other shoes?
Nothing else compares in comfort or quality. I’ve tried others like Vejas, but Golden Goose wins in both comfort and quality. They include a built-in arch bump that adds just over an inch — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re handmade in small batches, so each pair is one of a kind. And the glitter on mine? Absolutely gorgeous.
Are they worth it?
Yes! Just try not to pay full price. They’re not cheap, so getting them with a promo is smarter. They’re worth the investment, especially if you find a style that suits you. I went bold with sparkle, but a minimalist version would also go with everything.
